pagi...

yahooo..smlm dh back on track..walau pon ader skit2 penyakit M tu nk menyerang..daku tepis jugak dr terkena jangkitan itu...hahaha..hehe..klkr tol aku nie..ntah paper mengarut pg2 nie...hehe..biaser ler aku..tukang karut..hahaha..kutuk diri sendiri ni dh kenape...daaa..hehehe..okies..smlm xder per yg best pon...plan nk gi klas menjahit, tp xjd lak..erm..nie my diet routine for yesterday...

menu:
oat + honey = 428.6kcal..(since xder susu, aku mkn nie ler sblm gi opis..)
green tea
digestive biscuit = 70kcal..
oat + honey = 428.6kcal...

kopok ikan = 100kcal..
digestive biscuit = 70kcal..
green tea
pear = 69kcal..
apple = 53kcal..

so my total calorie 1200kcal..yeay..dpt cukup kn 1200kcal smlm..hehe..takut..posh dh bg warning..thanx posh...muahmuah..

exercise :
cardio blast = 40minutes..
squat = 100x..
wall push up = 100x..
chest w/o = 100x..
elbow to knee w/o = 100x..
abs w/o = 12x...(xbuat byk2..hold kaki tu smpi ketar2 abs..hehe..xlrt nk buat byk kali..hehe..)

so exercise routine still samer lg..biler nk dpt JM nie..dok berangan jer...huhu..gi carik mls..nk kena tunggu weekend kot..
