menjahit..oooo...menjahit...

pening pk nk masuk x klas menjahit nie..kejap rase nk..kejap rase xnk..sbb nyer terluper nk masukkn fee klas tu dlm my budget..biler dh kire2 blk, there goes my joli money..huhu..xleh nk joli ler nmpk nyer..aku ni maner lah reti nk budget2, jimat2 nie..huhu..shopping2..mkn2..abih duit, kuar kn ajer..maner penah nk pk nk budget2 nie..tension nyer...tp nie azam thn br ler kononnyer, nk simpan duit, jgn membazir..hehe..sbb abah asyik dok tanyer ader simpan duit x..hehe..mesti abah risau anak dier nie joli jer kejer nyer..hehe...ampun abah...hehe..=P ni yg rase mls kejer nie..smbg study pastu mntk duit kt abah jer..hehe..=P

smlm dh xpening dh..mungkin sbb dh tmbh skit sayur2 dlm menu diet ku itu..atau mungkin sbb laen kot..biaser lah aku, suker2 hati jer dier nk pening tibe2..pelik2..so this is my routine diet for yesterday...

menu:
susu anlene : 110kcal..
digestive biscuit : 70kcal..
green tea : xtau ler calorie nyer...
oat + BP + soysauce + steam broccoli & cauliflower : 328.6kcal..(assuming 100kcal tok sayur2 tu..)
green tea
pear : 68kcal...
tomato : 20kcal...

alamak..naper cam skit jer calorie smlm nie..erm..hr ni kena lebey kn skit lah nmpk nyer..konon nk buat zig zag diet lah nie..hehe..=P

exercise:
hip hop dance : 40 minutes..
squat : 100x...
wall push up : 100x..
chest w/o : 100x..
abs w/o : 4 x 12x..
elbow to knee w/o : 100x..
crunches : 50x...

hehe..ader satu lg pertambahan dlm my w/o...try ler crunches 50x..biler dh lelamer nnt leh tmbh 50x lg kn..tp xtau ler btol ker teknik ku itu..hehe..tp mmg concentrate kt prot lah..ok lah kot..hehe..
