muah...

hehe..pg2 dh rase nk kiss lah pulak..bhy2..hehe..=P okies..smlm dh exercise blk..blk2 kejer smlm tros gi mydin mall shopping brg dapo skit..chewah..konon dapo berasap..padahal xgune dapo pon..hehe..sume microwave jer..hehe..=P beli bekalan diet ku ini...epal, pear, green tea boh (br nk try..diorg ckp pahit..tp mungkin sbb diorg rendam lamer sgt kot..), cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, tomato, digestive biscuit and tiger biscuit..hehe..teringin lak nk mkn biskut tiger tu..hehe..so hr nie ader menu br lah tok lunch..hehe..tmbh sayur2 skit jer..hehe..so smlm nyer routine diet...

menu :
susu anlene = 110kcal...
biskut white choc = 200kcal max..(org blk jpon bg)
digestive biscuit = 70kcal...
2 ketul rice crackers = 200kcal max..(org jpon kirim soh bg kt sini)
oat + BP + soysauce = 228.6kcal...

so total calories smlm less than 1000kcal..huhu ptt ler pening giler smlm...sbb blk shopping tu, dh mcm lewat nk mkn..tros buat exercise..ingat nk minum susu pas tu, tp dh siap mandi sumer dh kol 11, so xminum pon..tdo tros sbb pening..pg nie pon pening lg..huhu..

exercise:
cardio blast : 40 minutes...
squat : 100x...
wall push up : 100x...
chest w/o : 100x..
abs w/o : 4 x 12x...
elbow to knee w/o : 100x...

so..that was my diet routine for yesterday...see u tomorrow..muahmuahmuah...still feel dizzy..huhu..
