tekak ku!!!!

morning uols...huhu..daku diserang sakit tekak..gatal nyer tekak ku ini..huhuhu..dh gatal,asyik nk batuk jerlah kn..huhu..okies...this is my diet routine for yesterday...

menu :
protein shake = 180kcal
milo 3in1 lite = 111kcal..
oat + honey = 428.6kcal...
digestive biscuit = 292kcal..
sebiji fuji epal = 53kcal..
veggie delight SUBWAY = max 500kcal...huhuhu...xtau ler baper kalori bender nie..tp tu pon dh amek yg veggie nyer...

*total lebey 1500kcal kot..huhu..tp xper kot sbb sblm mkn tu dh exercise..hehe..blh ker camtu..hehe..

exercise :
hip hop dance w/o = 40minutes
squat = 50x
wall push up = 50x
chest w/o = 50x
abs w/o = 4 x 12x
elbow to knee w/o = 50x

hehe..ku gegas kn diri tok exercise ngan iron baju sbb kol 8 kuar gi tgk wyg..citer pink panther yg lawak gak lah..hehe...pastu blk2 tu tros terbungkang..hahaha...padahal xder ah lewat sgt pon..hehe...
