ptg yg bosan..hehe..

huhu..seb baek smpt lg nk update hr nie..dh terluper dh..hehe..slalu buat pepagi..tp pg td cam mls lak..hehe..pastu dh buat kejer2 laen,lgsg terluper..heheh..erm..basically samer jer rutin ku smlm ngan kelmarin..ader lah tuko exercise jer..

menu :
protein shake = 180kcal
milo 3in1 lite = 111kcal..
oat + honey = 428.6kcal...
digestive biscuit = 292kcal..
sebiji fuji epal = 53kcal..
susu anlene segelas = 110kcal..

*total lebey kurang 1200kcal..

exercise :
denise austin total w/o = 40minutes (sakan berpeluh..hehehe...)
squat = 50x
wall push up = 50x
chest w/o = 50x
abs w/o = 4 x 12x
elbow to knee w/o = 50x

smlm xder perasaan lak nk skipping sbb dh cam pancit skit buat denise austin tu..hehe..
tp dh mlm2 skit pening paler lak..huhu..lately cam slalu lak..huhu..xdpt dikenal pasti lg punca nyer..hr nie pon cam pening2 lalat jer..huhu..xperlah..janji leh bertahan lg..hehe..
