slmt pagi...

yum2..smlm dpt lepas kn gian nk mkn sushi..best2..thanx derek..lenkali blh belanjer lg..hehe..xper2..next time,bha lak belanjer ek...hehe..dh tu,aku klau dh dpt mkn sushi..mmg ler xhingat donia skit..diet ker aper ker sumer tolak tepi..huhu..aper nk jd nie...mule2 dh set nk mkn 5 ketul...last2 5plates lak jd nyer...huhu...10plates sbnrnyer..tp sbb kongsi ngan lisa,so 5plates sorang lah kn...huhu..ampun..tp terluper lak..ader tmbh lg satu plate..tp yg tu bha jer mkn..huhu...so sbnrnyer total plates bha 6 lah kn..huhu..dh ler smlm xsmpt nk exercise..(bkn xsmpt sbrnyer..penyakit M tu ler..huhu)...so ni list aper yg aku mkn smlm...aper ek..jap nk ingat kn blk...erm...

** ader lg 2 jenis..tp cam xingat lak aper..hehe..men rembat jer biler lalu dpn mater..hehe..tros ngap..xingat paper dh..hehe...

**konon nyer nk bgn exercise pg kn..haha..dlm mimpi lah nabihah ismail..hehe..bgn2, tros kejap weight scale...haha..br nk riso kn..hehe..fuhhh...lega2..seb baek berat xnaek..yahooo..best nyer rase...ptg ni kena lebey skit exercise..nk top up smlm nyer exercise + dinner selera gajah smlm(time call pon mulut pnoh..hehe..ampun pak)..heheh...=P
