konnichiwa...

allo2 sumer...smlm xder bender menarik yg terjadi..cume my diet routine jer dh tukar skit..hehe..dr segi menu,br try oat + black pepper tu...time buat 1st day tu,tawar giler..klau tawar nasik xper lg,nie tawar oat nie laen mcm skit..aku smbl2 dok telan tu,dok pk nk kena tmbh smthg bg ader rase skit...klau nk tmbh garam cam xbest jer..so aku decide tmbh kicap..hehe...kicap manis kipas udang tu lah kn..pastu smlm try,best nyer..rase cam bubur lak..yum2..mmg blh masuk tekak ah..lg best mkn camtu dr mkn ngan honey tu...so,skrang nk tukar menu tu dh..hehe..next week nk tmbh skit sayur2..tp tu lah..xgi paso,camner nk shopping sayur mayur nie..hehe..

dr segi exercise lak...since rabu br ni x exercise sbb kuar mkn sushi tu,so smlm konon nyer nk buat byk lah skit kn...(konon nk burn extra calories sushi tu..hehe)..mule2 dok pk nk buat 2dvd tu skali ker..pastu rase cam mls lak..sbb biler dh abih satu dvd tu biaser mmg dh penat,so tmbh skit2 jer yg blh nyer..tp smlm biler dh abih ber hip hop dance tu,smbg ler skipping 5 minit..mula2 ingat nk buat 30minit..tp semput giler..hehe...xlrt den..so,alternative nyer,aku buat brisk walk jer kt livingroom ku yg amat kecik tu..hehe..dok pusing2 dpn tv tu jerlah..hehe..smbl lyn anak betong..hehe..dh penat buat tu br smbg exercise sampingan yg laen tu..hehe..

so,i've summarize my diet routine for yesterday...

menu:
protein shake : 180kcal...
digestive biscuit : 70kcal..
oat + BP + soysauce + 2TS smbl goreng : around 228.6 kcal..(assuming soysauce + smbl grg = 100kcal..hopefully not more than that..)
digestive biscuit : 70kcal..
chine gong pear : 102kcal...
segelas anlene : 110kcal...

erm...cam kurang jer calories intake ni...tp bgn td rase best sgt..mungkin sbb lebey skit exercise smlm kot..dpt ler kurang kn skit rase guilty mkn sushi tu..hehe..next week kena tmbh skit sayur mayur..xnk lak my body masuk survival mode + slow down my metabolism rate...


exercise :
hip hop dance : 40minutes...(1st time xder perasaan "biler lah nk abih dvd nie" + asyik dok tgk timer kt dvd tu...hehe..rase best jer smlm..hehe..dh leh adapt kot..biaser dok pakse gak abih kn..xpenah lg ah berenti separuh...at least abih jugak 1 dvd tu..br rase puas hati..hehe..)
skipping : 5minutes..
brisk walk : 10minutes..
squat : 50x...
wall push up : 50x...
chest w/o : 50x...
abs w/o : 4 x 12x..
elbow to knee w/o : 100x...

so,generally, smlm dh tmbh 1 lg routine in my w/o...tp mungkin tok smlm jer..hehe..xper2..insyaAllah akan buat jd w/o yg wajib..hehe..

mlm nie blk bangi..so, rase x exercise kot..same goes for weekend...weekend nie pon for sure mkn nasik nyer..tp blh control lg ler portion nyer...hopefully this weekend won't ruin my diet..huhu..
