olla....

yeay..akhirnyer smlm dpt juge aku mengaktifkn diri semula..hehe..pas holiday diet 3 hari..hehe..so this is my diet routine for yesterday...

menu :
protein shake : 180kcal
choc chip cookies : xtau ler baper kalori nyer..tp sekeping jer aku mkn..
cupcakes lisa : nie pon xtau baper kalori nyer..tp best..yum2..tp klau coklat nyer lg best..hehe..thanx ek cik lisa...lenkali klau buat lg..hulur2 ler ke sy nie..hehe..
oat + honey : 220kcal...hehe..dpt separuh jer oat nyer..sbb aku ter luper select temperature tok microwave tu..by default high lah kn..pastu separuh dr oat tu dh melimpah dr mangkuk tu..heheh...kesilapan teknikal...=P
digestive biscuit : 292kcal...
fuji apple : 53kcal..
susu anlene : 110kcal...

total around 1200kcal kot...

exercise :
since smlm naz ader ajar w/o baru..which is elbow to knee w/o..so ader lah skit penambahan w/o aku nie..hehe..suke suki aku jer bg name w/o nie..hahahah...pastu,aku pon ader rembat tali skipping kt umah time blk hr tu...tmbh lg satu w/o nyer..hehe..

hip hop dance : 40minutes...
squat : 50x...
wall push up : 50x...
abs w/o : 4 x 12x...
elbow to knee w/o : 50x...
skipping : 50x...haha..xreti skipping..asyik tersangkut kt kasut jer..tp dh byk2 kali ok lah..hehe..tp mesti ader gak tersangkut..sbb nyer aku asyik tgk kt ats takut tersangkut kt fan..hehe..last2 sangkut kt kasut aku..hehe..

okies..tu sajer hr nie...see uols tomorrow...adios...muahmuah...=)
