guten morgen...

allo2..hehe..tu je ckp german yg aku tau pon..sbb this week ader new member org german,kiter pon mood german jap..hehe..ntah btol ntah x..hehe..=P so,nk update diet routine smlm..

menu :
protein shake = 180kcal
gardenia choco raisin = 1o1kcal..hehe..curik roti lisa sekeping..=P
oat + honey = 428.6kcal...
mix tea = 5.8kcal...biler lah nk abih..nk try green tea lak..hehe...
digestive biscuit = 292kcal..
sebiji fuji epal = 53kcal..
susu anlene = 110kcal...

*total lebey kurang 1200kcal..=)

exercise :
dh bosan ngadap muke denise austin tu,tuko hip hop dance blk..hehe..lgpon dh agak expert step2 denise tu..dh leh alternate dh..hehe..
hip hop dance = 40minutes
squat = 50x
wall push up = 50x
chest w/o = 50x...lenguh bahu ku..huhu..
abs w/o = 4 x 12x

itu ajer kali ini..=) luv uols..muahmuah...
