allo2..nk update smlmnyer diet routine..erm..smlm hampir2 tewas dek emosi sendiri..huhu..tibe2 rase xbest sgt smlm..pastu blk2 tros dok golek2 ats katil..dok asyik pk nk exercise ker x..huhu..tp kuatkn gak smngt bgn,tukar bj sumer..on kn dvd denise austin..huhu..berjaya jugak exercise..huhu..
so diet routine smlm...

menu :
protein shake = 180kcal
milo 3in1 lite = 111kcal..
oat + honey = 428.6kcal...
mix tea = 5.8kcal...
digestive biscuit = 292kcal..
sebiji fuji epal = 53kcal..

*total lebey kurang 1200kcal..tp mls nk minum susu mlm td..tgh2 mlm dh rase prot bunyi..huhu..

exercise :
denise austin total w/o = 40minutes
squat = 50x
wall push up = 50x
chest w/o = 50x
abs w/o = 4 x 12x


tu ajer tok hr ini...smbg nextweek...yahoo...cuti 3hari..leh blk ktn..yeay2...tp takut nyer..abih ler diet ku ini..dok ingat kn diri sendiri jgn lebey mkn time weekend nie jerlah..huhu..dugaan terbesar..huhu..
