erm...morning!!!

allo2..aper ek kiter buat smlm..

menu:
protein shake = 180kcal...
kueh derek bg seketul = 90kcal..
kueh kfara bg seketul = 150kcal..anggaran jer..ker lebey??huhu..
lunch mkn oat + honey = 300kcal...anggaran juge...
ptg mkn sekeping biskut digestive = 292kcal..xsangka byk gak tok sekeping biskut nie.

*total cam xcukup jer..huhu..ampun puan pengawas...tp xder mood nk mkn..tp dh tgh mlm rase cam nk muntah lak...huhuh..tp rase nyer pas exercise tu kena minum anlene..mls nk bancuh lak smlm...huhu..

exercise:
blk kejer tros psg dvd denise austin yg br try skali tu..nk mahirkn yg ni lak..
denise austin total w/o = 40minutes
wall push up = 50x
squat = 50x
abs w/o = 3 x 12x (slalu buat 4 set,tp smlm cam lenguh sgt..huhu)


tamat citer psl my diet routine..hehe...muahmuah..=)
