morning!!!!bgn2..hehe..dh bgn dh...huhu..daku batuk + ala2 selsema lak..pastu smlm dh kena sound sbb xmkn ubat..huhu..xsuker mkn ubat!!!xsuker jumper doc!!!huhu..tp dh kena mrh,terpakse lah juge..maner nk carik ubat nie..daaa...kt klinik ler nabihah ismail...hehe..=P baek boss..hehe..dh weng ah ni pg2 nie..hehe..=P
okies..nk update diet routine smlm...

menu :
milo 3in1 lite = 111kcal...(biaser minum protein shake sblm gi opis,tp sbb dr bangi pg smlm,so smpi2 opis dh kebuluran...huhu)
digestive biscuit = 70kcal..(thanx k.zeeqa btol kn bha..bha dh xder bungkusan dier..men tgk sepintas lalu jer hr tu..silap pndg lak..hehe)
nasi + sayur msk air (xtau ler name nyer..sayur pak choy kot...) + timun + daun salad + smbl belacan= around 500kcal kot..(yum2..hehe..xbwk oat..gi tapau kt kantin)
biskut gula = 100kcal kot..(hehe..paw k.zama..hehe..)
mix tea = 58kcal..(berjaya gak menghabiskn nyer..next!!green tea plz..)
fuji apple = 59kcal...
susu anlene = 110kcal..

erm..total cam less than 1200kcal..huhu..ampun2..nnt akan tmbh lg menu...tersilap budget sbb silap tgk calorie tok biscuit digestive tu..huhu...

exercise :
sbrnyer..mls giler nk exercise smlm..rase xlrt sgt..tp sbb daku dh melantak nasi 2hari kn,kuatkn lah jugak diri tok exercise..hehe..
hip hop dance :40 minutes..
skipping : 100x..(yeay..berjaya tmbh 50x lg...hehe..tu pon termengah2 dh abih tu..huhu..)
squat : 50x..
wall push up : 50x..
chest w/o : 50x..
abs w/o : 50x..
elbow to knee w/o : 50x...
