aloha...

morning sumer..smlm dh kembali on track..hehe..dh exercise blk dh..tu sbb nk burn extra calories that i've put on my body during last weekend..hehe..and guess what,berat ku x naek pon..hehe..bgn2 pg td tros gi timbang(rase cam ader turun skit,tp xtau ler,almaklum ler mata br bgn tdo..kelabu ler skit nk tgk jarum tu tang maner..hehe..)....psiko giler kn aku nie..tp time melantak xhingat lgsg..hahaha..next time kena lebey ingatkn diri sendiri ler...so this is my diet routine for yesterday...

menu :
milo 3in1 lite = 111kcal..
2kpg digestive biscuit = 140kcal...(huhu,rase cam terlebey lapo lak smlm)
Nasi(111.5kcal) + ikan kembung air asam(140kcal..assume same with ikan kembung goreng) + daun salad(10kcal) + timun(13kcal) + sambal belacan(10kcal kot) = around 300kcal...
fish ball kueh tiaw soup = around 500kcal max...(tmn lisa mkn sbb dier kelaparan...hehe..padahal aku pon kebulur gak..hehe..=P)

so, my total calories for yesterday around 1200kcal..or may be slightly less...

exercise:
denise austin cardio blast : 40minutes..
skipping : 5minutes..
brisk walk : 10minutes..
squat : 100x...
wall push up : 100x...
chest w/o : 100x..
abs w/o : 4 x 12x...
Elbow to Knee w/o : 100x...

since i've skipped my exercise for 3 days last week,so this week i've added 50x more in my routine exercise...hopefully it will boost my metabolism rate a bit..hehe..
