morning...

ujan yg turun...bagaikn mutiara...hehe..sumbang nyer aku nyanyi pepagi buta nie..hehe..tu yg ujan lebat pg nie..hehe..smlm daku kantoi mkn nasik..hehe..smlm OT jap sbb nk siap kn kejer,pastu kelaparan lak, lisa pon ajak gi mkn kt kantin..aku pon agak pantang gak org ajak ni,tros ler nk ikut..hehe..pastu melantak nasek + ikan + sayur...tp skit sgt aku amek nasik nyer..pastu biler dh kyg sumer, br ler rase guilty..hahaha..time mkn tu xingat psl diet pon..biler dh kyg br lah dier..hahaha..aper nk jd anak pakcik ismail nie..haha...so, this is my routine diet for yesterday..

menu:
protein shake = 180kcal...
digestive biscuit = 70kcal...
oat + BP + soysauce = 228.6kcal...
digestive biscuit = 70kcal...
nasi + ikan pedas + kangkung belacan + kacang botol + sambal belacan = around 500kcal max..

so total calories for yesterday around 1000++kcal...

exercise :
hip hop dance : 40minutes...
squat : 100x...
wall push up : 100x...
chest w/o : 100x...
abs w/o : 4 x 12x...
elbow to knee w/o : 100x...

smlm xlrt nk skipping..sakit lutut...huhu..naper ek..agak nyer sbb x soft landing..lompat2 atas lantai nie jer..xder exercise map..cam org tua lak sakit lutut..huhu...rase takut lak nk skipping,takut effect kt lutut..huhu...tmbh exercise laen lah pulak nnt...

okies...that's all..muahmuahmuah...
