pg yg cerah..

hehe..padahal smpi sini gelap lg td..hehe..tu kn tajuk lagu..best lah skit nk letak jd title..hehe...so smlm xder aper2 yg menarik pon..cume buat diet routine cam biaser..ngan kena sound ngan k.bim psl xminum air time exercise..huhu..maner lah tau kena minum air..ingat kn kena tunggu pas dh cool down br leh minum..hehe...pastu smlm dh buat dh aper yg k.bim soh buat tu..hehe..ampun kakak kesygan ku...=D

so this is my diet routine for yesterday...
menu :
susu anlene : 110kcal...(alamak..susu dh abih..kena shopping lah jwb nyer nnt...)
green tea
digestive biscuit : 70kcal...

oat + soysauce + sayur sempoi : 450kcal..(anggaran jer..lebey kurang tu ler..)
green tea
digestive biscuit : 70kcal..
pear : 68kcal..
tomato : 20kcal..
3 ketul dates : 250kcal..(konon nk tmbh calori..hehe..)

so total smlm cukup lah 1K calorie...ok lh kn skit..huhu..mau aku kena sound lg nie..huhu..ampun2..next week tmbh menu laen...

exercise :
hip hop dance : 40minutes..
squat : 100x..
wall push up : 100x..
chest w/o : 100x..
abs w/o : 4 x 12x..
elbow to knee w/o : 100x..
crunches : 50x...

smlm rase mls jer..hehe..pas exercise, mandi2 siap sumer...baring2 tgk tv smpi tertdo..hehe..pastu bgn pg kesejukan sbb tdo xpki comforter..hehe..esok nk blk ktn!!!yahoooooooooo!!!best nyer..xsabo rase..homesick...haha...

okies..that's all..see uols next week...slmt menyambut maulidur rasul...bykkn lh berselawat ke atas junjungan Nabi Muhammad SAW...muahmuahmuah....
