So nk citer skrang diet&exercise btol2 dh xder..waaaa...so skrang dh super gumuk...adoyai...nk ckp pon malu..tp ni lah hakikat nyer...
So skrang nk start perang dgn bdn sendirik..muahahaha..
So starting today, sy nk record sumer sy mkn dan exercise kt sini..klau kt fb tu ramai sgt org tgk...segan mak..hehe..
