~lalalala...i'm back!!!!

assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh....


hehe....allo2...dh lamer ek xupdate kt sini..dh hampir 4 bln klau tgk dr tarikh terakhir aku buat entry..hehe..sejak tu jugak ler berat aku maintain tahap 55kg tu ler...samada naek atau turun skit jer..tp average mmg 55kg..huhu..sbb sejak dr tarikh tu jugak, aku mmg xexercise pon..just maintain mkn..tu pon time raye melantak juge..huhu..dh raye lah name nyer kn..huhu...

so skrang ni nk start new target....

1 January 2010 = 50kg....

smlm dh berjaya start exercise..walaupon cume lbh kurang 15minit je..jog kt stadium dpn nie jer..start dlm kol 645ptg, pastu dlm kol 7 tu dh azan, so stop jerlah..isnin nie, klau dpt larik awl dr opis, blh lah gi jog...tp xingat lak ader klas ke x..rase cam xder..hehe..nk kena check schedule dulu..anyways, nk kena rajin kn diri gi jog nie...jgn mls2 nabihahismail!!

dr segi menu harian, nk try avoid "white" carbs...huhu...nk start blk mkn oat...weekend nie nk shopping brg2 mknn nyer...nk beli instant oat tok mkn ngan milo time lunch..dh xrajin nk bgn pg msk oat..hehe...nk bancuh milo ngan oat jer...pastu beli buah2 + biskut tok snacking in between meals...

really hope I can achieve this new target in 2months...wish me luck!!!
muahmuah...miss u all..skrang ni mengikuti perkembangan melalui fb jer...
