hr ni perasmian semula blog ku ini..hehe..smlm dh testing2..hehe..

morning!!!pg2 dh bosan ek..ish3x..aper nabihah ismail nie..cube buat kejer tu..jgn curik tulang blh x..hehe..ampun bos..baek lah..sy study ek..takut2..camner lah nk design model br nie..aku pon terkontang kanting nk phm lg..huhu..xper2..seb baek ader mentor yg bgs..hehe..xphm tanyer jer..tp takut gak nk tanyer kenkdg..huhu..

okies..nk update diet plan smlm...
erm..pg2 dh minum protein shake...pastu time break pg gi tapau kueh tiaw goreng kt kantin...tp mkn separuh jer sbb nk minum milo lg..pastu lunch tu abih kn sisa kueh tiaw td..pastu ala2 kol 4 gitu mkn fuji apple..yum2...
pastu konon nyer nk jog pas kejer..tp ala2 nk x nk ujan ler pulak...tros ler blk umah..tuka2 baju sumer,psg dvd exercise yg br beli tu..denise austin..hasil survey kt BFT..hehe..credit to BFT forumers especially bim ngan maira..tp ploh xbyk sgt sbb byk miss step..hehe..tros play all sbb mls nk praktis satu2 workout dier tu..hehe..xper2..klau 2-3 kali ok lah kot..tp rase lg suker hip hop dance tu kot..hehe..tp yg denise austin ni mmg satu bdn ah..tp smlm plg lenguh pergelangan kaki..xtau ler naper..huhu..

hr nie lak...
pg2 xsmpt minum protein shake..pastu smpi opis tros buat milo..sbb lapo..huhu..prot dh bunyi2..nie sbb pms lah nie..huhu..pastu luper lak bwk roti..huhu..kena tunggu time lunch nnt jer lah...prot oh prot..sabo ek..hehe..pujuk prot sendiri...=P
